COUNCIL OFFICE CLOSURE POLICY:
The council office may, on occasion, be closed unexpectedly, due to uncontrollable factors, such as unusual weather conditions.  GSSI will attempt to post closings onWFIE’s closings list and on the council Facebook and Web site. On days when Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation school (EVSC) closures are announced, the council office will open 1 hour later than normal and may close one hour earlier than normal. On days when EVSC schools are operating on a delay, the council will be open during its normal hours. To verify if the council office is open, call 812-421-4970, Ext. 326 or Ext. 305.

Reporting of Fraudulent Acts and Suspicious Activities.

The Girl Scouts of Southwest Indiana, Inc. (“Girl Scouts”) is committed to high standards of ethical and legal behavior.  Girl Scouts maintains policies concerning fraudulent acts and improper activities.  Persons may report allegations or suspicions of such acts and/or activities to the Director of Risk Management at (812) 421-4970 or in writing at 223 N.W. Second St., Suite 100, Evansville, Indiana  47708.  All reports of fraudulent acts and improper activities will be investigated.  The Girl Scouts will attempt to keep the report confidential, subject to the need to conduct an investigation, comply with organizational policies, and applicable law.  A copy of the Girl Scout’s complete policies may be obtained from the Director of Risk Management.
