RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Subject to the requirements below, merchandise can be exchanged/returned in person or by mail within thirty (30) days after the order is shipped by GSSI and must be accompanied by the original receipt. If the amount of the returned merchandise is under $25, a store credit will be issued. If the returned merchandise exceeds $25.01, a check for the amount of the return will be issued to the purchaser within two (2) weeks after the date the return is processed by GSSI. The following applies to all merchandise that GSSI is requested to exchange/return:

Returned goods must be in the original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
Goods must be returned within thirty (30) days after the date the order is shipped by GSSI.
All merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt and a note describing the reason for the return.
No refund will be issued for merchandise purchased as sale items, special offers, clearance, or discontinued/discounted.
Merchandise being returned/exchanged must be in new condition, unused, unmarked, and odor-free.
Costs incurred in mailing the returned items are not refundable.
